What to include

• the query_id from the response, or the key prefix and the time of the request;
• the request body you sent and what you expected instead;
• the timing_ms block if the problem is speed.

Before you write

• docs.lightdrift.ai covers every parameter, the rate limits and tiers, and the error codes.
• api.lightdrift.ai/v1/health shows whether the service is up and what defaults it is running.
• The first request after an idle period can take up to a minute during the beta while the GPU service starts; every later request is normal.
